World of Warcraft prot pally threat?

I have 357 ilvl and 3.75 hit% and still a slight threat problem .should I reforge other stats to hit and which stats?and what hit should I stop at I know 8% is cap but I don't wanna make healers life rough I also have 27 expertise soft cap
