California Marijuana Laws?

I am looking to buy some land in California and start growing Medical Marijuana for medical and personal use. I have grown weed for a few years now and really enjoy the work you put into it to see such a beautiful plant in the end. My question is how do i go about doing this? How do i get my growers license? How many plants can I grow once I get my license? Can I make a living from this? How much money can I make a year growing within the legal limit?
