Is Keukenhof classified as agrotourism?

Based on its history, Keukenhof Park (literally means Kitchen Garden) was initiated by bulbs growers to exhibit and to promote their products. Nowadays there are more and more attractions in the park. However, basically those are still related with bulbs. Can we then classified Keukenhof as agrotourism area?
