EA switch digital copy of ME2 for hard copy?

So I downloaded Mass Effect 2 from Origin and cannot get it to run. I've been on their tech chat 3 times now. I'm not techy enough to fix the problem that it's having and their advice has yet to help due to my lack of expertise. In order to not sound like an idiot if I ask what are the odds that i could get them to send me a disk version and is there anyone they have done this for?
