Is this mascara? or eyelash grower?

Okay, so the other day my aunt gave me a bunch of makeup and there was this clear stuff in a tube and i have no idea what it is. The tube is clear and the lid thingy is green and it looks like lip gloss, but when you open it and take the stick out the tip of it is like the tip of the mascara brush. so i didnt know what it was but i put some on my eyelashes and they seemed to have grown a bit, but it may just be in my head. Its clear and goes on easy. could you help?
