Do I have a good shot at Lowe's after the interview?

I applied for a sales associate position and it turned out that the position is in tools. My expertise in home improvement is NOT in building and construstion and I told them so. Now the interview went well and after the HR mgr deliberated with the sales manager, they still wanna consider me for the position and then suggested that I also apply for night stocking for which I'm better qualified. Does that mean I have the chance?
