Temperature-activated light switch?

The closest thing I can think of would be a plug-in thermostat. These can be found as a plug style you just put in to the outlet and then plug in the light. Make sure that you find one that closes on temp rise and not temp fall. Set the stat to desired temp and away you go. Hope this helps.
