Appeal allowed no response from home office?

I have won appeal against my wife entry clearance but there is no response from home office yet.its been like more than four months but they are not giving me any reply , i called hopo presenting office in london but they are saying tribunal never sent them determination which is wired, to whom should i contact to expertise my appeal ? please help
