Small flaccid penis, do girls care?

I'm 19 and I'm a bit self conscious about my flaccid size, it's around 3.5-4 x 3.5 inches, I'm more of a 'grower' and it seems thin for a flaccid penis plus my testicles don't hang very low and are sometimes tight (though they are 2" long each so I don't have 'small' testicles). When erect I'm 6.25 x 5.25 on average,(sometimes a bit bigger or smaller depending, usually about a .25" variation in length and girth either way). Should I be worried?
