My car is leaking when starting to drive?

I have Honda Accord 2001 model. It has started to leak when starting to drive it. Oddly, it's noticed when going up or coming down the incline. It doesn't seem to be leaking when driving it on the flat ground. The leak is almost transparent, it dries up and disappears from the concrete after a while. When I touch the leak on the concrete, it doesn't feel oily from my opinion. Can you advise using automotive expertise please?
