I need help on starting an introduction on this essay question !?

We are all familiar with the stories of Doctors driving taxi cabs and lawyers working as waiters in restaurant. Many newcomers to Canada have trouble finding employment in their various professions and fields of expertise. Once these individuals arrive in Canada many find that their foreign credentials are not recognized here. Do you think that these people are mislead about the employment opportunities in Canada and what can the Federal Government do to tap into the wealth of expertise that they individuals offer.
