Does dating experience matter as a teenager?
I'm a 16 year old, turning 17 in the summer. I'm generally a reserved guy when it comes to meeting new people, but when you get to know me I am very energetic and have a sarcastic and playful sense of humor. However, this reservedness has given me little opportunity with girls. I've kissed a limited amount of girls before, and I have never had a girlfriend. Recently I've been taking a lot better care of my appearance and I feel like girls that never looked at me before are approaching me/checking me out more and more often. This causes a problem since I have minute experience in this department. I feel embarrassed to have fallen behind my peers in this field of expertise and expect failure if I was ever to try anything. Is this with good reason? Does dating experience matter as a teenager?
