Can I get any aid from the government if they're buying out my church?

So the department of transportation is buying out all the buildings near our church and they recently told us that we have 90 days to relocate because they're expanding the main road infront of the church. Is there any aid we can get from the government? Anyone with legal expertise would be greatly appreciated.
